Booking Confirmation
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the clean, payable upon completion of the service. -
Payment Terms
Payment can be made via cash or bank transfer. Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in additional charges or suspension of future services. -
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations and rescheduling must be made with at least 48 hours notice hours in advance. Less notice may not guarantee rescheduling availability. Rescheduling requests will be accommodated where possible. -
Access to the Property
The client must ensure access to the property at the agreed time. Delays caused by lack of access may incur additional charges. -
Service Standards
We are committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services. If you are dissatisfied, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will address the issue promptly. -
Liability
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to property or items. Clients must inform us of fragile or high-value items before the clean. -
Health and Safety
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if conditions pose a health or safety risk to our staff. If anybody in he household has a contagious illness, please inform us so that we can reschedule your clean. -
Amendments
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any updated terms.
